Refunds are accepted within 10 days of purchase.  Please email Orlando@BedrockTheFoundation.com and request a refund stating why.  You will be contacted and given instructions for refund.  Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. In the event of an exchange BedrockTheFoundation will cover the expense of shipping the new item.
